Highly trusted sponsored list has been published for Tier 4 yesterday (6th April, 2010) by the Uk Border Agency. Previously had two categories of tier 4 that is “A” and “B” rating. Ukba added one more category is called Highly Trusted Sponsor. These highly trusted sponsored educational institutes are more trustworthy and reliable to British The Border Agency.
What is highly trusted sponsor under Tier 4? According to Uk Border Agency
Under Tier 4 of the points-based system, all sponsors receive an ‘A’ or ‘B’ rating. The new Highly Trusted sponsor category is a further segmentation of this sponsor rating system. It is designed to identify those sponsors who have the highest levels of compliance with their sponsor obligations, and whose students are showing the greatest compliance with the terms of their visa or permission to stay.
In this Highly trusted sponsored category institute will have some additional features and service than A & B rating. Click here to learn more details of these feature

I dont think this can help sufferer students because whatever it is, student will always be with fear of suspension of his university or college. Specially college’s are not secured on Tier 4 implementation.

Dear Nazir brother,
I’ve been about 10 years on study visa in this country and I’ve got tier4 visa , valid until march 2012. But bad news is ,recently my college suspended.
Please advice me either I can apply for naturalisation settlement as my college has been suspended but they are still struggling to be restored in court. Even college has started next term classes as well but I am worried about my 10years settlement issue which is due in sep 2011 while my college was suspended in oct 2010.

Thanks for your comments and I feel pity for your situation. As your college suspended you should wait for Ukba decision. If your college come quickly then its good. But As far as I know it takes a long time come back.
So, my suggestion will be if you already paid your tution fees then withdraw it and your visa application file as well. Then try to admit different Highly Trusted Sponsor institute and then re-apply for Uk visa. Keep visiting for latest update.

Thanks for your comments. Getting work permit is depend on level of course. All degree or graduation course are eligible for work permit after finishing education. If your ABE in Hospitality Management is a graduation then you have this chance.

iam amrit from nepal i apply for London College of Business & Management 6 november 2009 for january intake but unfortunately at the starting of january the college removed from register sponsors and i pay all my fees which was 3700 pound.when i contact college the admission officer mr. Qursham says me that the college removed for self assisment.and says me that ukba visit us on 10 march 2010.but until today ukda didnt update to college regarding licence.its exceeded 3 months to visit ukba in London College of Business & Management.

London College of Business and Management in Leytonstone have been closed for about a month. This was a rented building and the College Staff including Jasim Javed Iqbal, Qursham, Abdul, Faisal Shaukat have run away with the money of hundreds of students.
This is the final confirmation as I am presently in London where I have lodged a police complaint against the culprits. We are also fighting a civil case against the college as it is a private limited company but we are not very hopeful of the outcome.

hi! i am haris from nepal.i made my application on 23/1/2010 in dental nursing ,after some month college remove course as my application still is in british high commission when i asked college about the course they said that they remove because ukba does not approve that course for international student, they still conceive the sponsored licence with the A rating and they are saying that they will change my course if i am interested another course like health management.my question is, can i switch course even if my visa application still in process within ukba? if yes then how would i change it?does my above problem effect my application? if i take the college suggestion than is there any procedure to change my visa letter and conformation letter while my visa application still in british high commission?can you please help me what should i do?

Changes will make affect for your visa application. As your course is not belong to international students from your college, so you should withdraw your application as early as possible from Ukba. Because your course are not entitled for international students from your college. That is why there is a chance to decline of your application. Yes you can change your course after getting visa but if the course not in college then how can you’ll get visa. Its simple I hope you understand.

(1) can I show enough maintenance fund to meet require amount without accommodation arrangement of evidence?
(2) if my bank in my own name in UK unable to send supporting letter to me even I requested to bank because I am out of UK, can I show only eletctronic bank staement whether i can print online?

To be honest I never heard about like that college has suspended and someone get visa. My advise will be to you as soon as possible please change your college and try to get back your money because you dont have enough time for extension. don’t relay on them. First let me thanks for your comments. As you told you are going to admit in ‘B’ rated college. I would like to say its difficult to get visa from ‘B’ rated college. hi,my name is ade,i submitted my application in july but my college(new london college) closed down some wks before than and i had to submit it like that bcos no college was willin to enrol me bcos my visa had some days to get expired,the home office returned my application and told me to fill in my sponsor’s number but i wrote back to them that the college had already closed down that they should give me another letter to go and look for another college and they av not yet replied.cam u advise me on what to do bcosno college would enrol me unless i give them a letter from the home office statin that i should look for a college.thanx

hey..can anyone please provide me some information about “London College of Advanced Studies” as how many times the college was susspended and for how long,current status of the college and UKBA view about this college. im an existing student of this college but has been unattended for more then a year coz of a major family problem. right now im trying to change my college to LSBF but my visa is expiring in may 2011 and im really worried if the reject my visa renewal because they wudn’nt believe my situation why i was absent for that long. please help

It was April 21, 2010 when South London College was ‘A’ trusted only. Now its Highly Trusted I know.

Thank you for your comments. Yes you are eligible to study here in London and you can bring your family too as per recent immigration law.
You asked me about Royal London College, yes its not bad at all. Royal London College is ‘A’ trusted college but not Highly trusted. But if you ask me for your further education expansion I’ll advise you to admit in direct University that will bring more trustiness when you apply for Student visa because of your maturity issue. I hope you understand my concern.

Thank you for spending your time at The London Study. I’m not clear from your message. Your visa is going to expire January 2012 but when your course will finish you didn’t mentioned it.
As I’m concerned Uk Boarder Agency will stop Post study work (PSW) totally from April 2011 which is under Tier 1 category. So, nobody will get this chance any more. Literally you are not able take this chance any more.

hi dear ! this is lucky..i just want a suggestion from u..my wife she is studing masters in business administration from bucks uni. high wycombe, she has done her pre-masters and going to start her an actual course now..i had submit 3000 pounds for pre-masters but now i think before she starts her course, let her uni. change becoz uni’s fees is more than college..should i change her college and would ukba give her visa again…what problems we have to face if we change her college. pls reply as soon as possible

Luck thank for your comments. Your wife should continue with university though high tuition fees but quality education. If she have long visa like more than two years then you may let her go college and remember she must admit in Highly Trusted Sponsor institute (HTS), don’t try on ‘A’ trusted college. I hope you understand.
