Highly trusted sponsor is a new category under Tier 4. I’ll update this post periodically on the basis of Uk Home Office update. I’ll publish all highly trusted sponsor list gradually but if you need or know any institute update don’t forget to comments.

1. Yes ‘A’ trusted have some restriction on courses.
2. They don’t have any chance to get Highly trusted sponsor but they have to apply for that. This licence will not lift automatically from A trusted to Highly trusted sponsor.

I am an overseas student, I receive my acceptance letter from the City of London Business College and still waiting for my Confirmation of Acceptance for studies. Sorry to say you as far as I know you’ll not get back money until your visa refused. If you get visa even you dont want to go Uk anymore but you can’t back your money.
But in some cases you can withdraw your money but it depends on your contract circumstance.

oh, i thought the release of all rated-A college institution who applied the HTS will be released on JUNE 30, 2010 but it’s not what I expected. Sir, does BTEC Higher National Diploma in Helath and Social Care Level 5 is under the “restricted courses” in Tier 4? Please guide me on this matter. * courses below degree level that include a work placement (other than foundation degrees, which can still be offered with a work placement by any Tier 4 (General) sponsor).”

On 12 August, the UK Border Agency will introduce a secure English language test requirement for Tier 4 (General Student) visas worldwide (Source link: http://ukinbangladesh.fco.gov.uk/en/news/?view=PressR&id=22580664#). Applicants, who are studying courses below degree level, excluding a foundation degree and an English language course, need to pass a secure English language test. This test must be taken with a UK Border Agency-approved provider before the applicant applies for a CAS from the sponsor. All applicants who make Tier 4 (General Student) visa applications to study the above courses from 12 August and using a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) issued from this date will need to pass a new secure English language test.

Now I am interested to get admit in the course of “Diploma in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Management” at Manchester International College where IELTS requirement is 5.0 or above. However, do I still need to pass a secure English language test as the UK Border Agency announced? I will be grateful if you answer my comment.

Thanks for your comments. London College of Accountancy and Kaplan Financial both are ‘A’ Trusted under Tier 4. If you really serious about CAT or ACCA then you should admit at Kaplan Financial. LCA is also good. But Kaplan can give you more wide service of Accountancy and Business related courses.
But you should remember one thing “Nowadays you have to study” . UK Boarder Agency is very much conscious about international students. So come here only for STUDY.

Hi Sir, thank you so much for the prompt reply. I am looking right now for an agency to help me out process my documents. I have informed them about what you’ve told me. But most of the agencies are giving me information that we must enroll to a highly trusted school and not just to a rated a school. They have shown me a printed copy of Highly Trusted new rule from UKBA that for those you will lodge starting July onwards cannot use a CAS from school that’s rated A only. Tendency is visa refusal. Can you please check that out for me again? It’s UKBA’s new rule. Thank you sir. More power!

Though its not mentioned anywhere that you need to admit at HTS institute but sometimes Border Agency can give additional requirements. For more clarification on this issue please visit one of your nearest British Council/Uk Visa office. By visiting them tell them your problem and please ask for an check list (this is a free service) for Tier 4 reqirements.

Thank you very much for your enquiry. I really appreciate your concern. As I have seen LSC’s website they have four(4) agents in India. If you tell me your Agents Full address and phone number then I might be able to help you.
Now my concern is about your payment. Even if they are authorise agent in India I would like to suggest to not giving your tuition fees to Agents hand directly. You have to make payment but send it to LSC directly by Money Order/Bank Draft/TT/Online Payment. Check out your application form there you can get how to send money to LSC. I hope you understand.

Nice to see your message. But you had a chance for PSW. The new rules are coming from April 2010 and from that time there is no Tier 1 category. This means no one will get Post Study work and HSMP permit anyway. Uk boarder Agency removing Tier 1. Hope you understand.
