First of all you said you studied at City of London College. So indeed case what course you did in London. 1. You have done diploma but this not a bachelor/Hons course which will lead you for masters course. 2. Yes top-up bachelor degree is not so expensive and duration is only 3 years total. For latest fees you have to contact with college. 3. You are eligible for Top up Bachelor degree but I'm not sure about your MBA course. Actually it will depend on you educational experience. 3.
